In compliance with the GDPR, here is the BIEF ‘s list of the sub-processors to whom the BIEF could transfer personal data that involve you.
1. Introduction
The BIEF can have recourse to sub-processors in carrying out its responsibilities.
The sub-processors operate under the BIEF’s authority to carry out activities of specific processing having to do with your services. Concerning their activities, these sub-processors can have access to personal data.
The BIEF ensures that the sub-processor has the same assurances as to the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing complies with the GDPR’s obligations.
The following chart provides the main information concerning the identity, localization and role of each of the sub-processors. If necessary, the BIEF will update this list to keep you informed of any planned change concerning the addition or replacement of other sub-processors.
